‪@randysr18‬ WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA - West Covina PD was in pursuit of a domestic violent suspect who was considered armed and dangerous. The suspect led officers on a hour and a half pursuit on multiple freeways through multiple cities. West Covina PD stayed with the pursuit since it started in their city. The suspect eventually made his way back to the city of West Covina to the front of his residence where West Covina PD did a PIT on the suspect's vehicle stopping in front of the suspects x-wife's house at N. Broadmoor Ave and W. Workman Ave. The suspect remained inside the vehicle as officers made several attempts to the suspect to come out with his hands up. The suspect told officers that he had a gun and he’s not coming out. The suspect told officers if he comes out it’s going to be a shoot out. As the suspect put down his windows the officer shot pepper balls into the vehicle to get the suspect to come out. After about a 2 to 3 hours long standoff, SWAT team broke a windshield and threw in tear gas. The suspect came out of the vehicle and was taken into custody.
