1 tbsp ground white pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp baking soda (secret ingredient)
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp olive oil
6 tbsp corn starch
5 tsp sugar
5 tbsp water

3 packets of siomai wrappers
