In this video, I’m training while on vacation in Colombia and showing you a realistic vacation workout you can actually stick to. No heavy weights. No perfect setup. Just smart training using supersets, controlled reps, and mobility work.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗼𝘂𝘁
This vacation workout focuses on triceps, chest, back, and full-body mobility. I use close-grip pressdowns, skull crushers, pull-ups, rows, reverse flies, and Hindu push-up variations. Supersets are the key—especially when heavy weights aren’t available. I stay in the 12–15 rep range with strict form to maximize muscle engagement without momentum.

Most people quit training on vacation because they expect the same intensity as home. That mindset kills consistency. Vacation workouts should maintain muscle, protect joints, and keep your nervous system sharp—not burn you out. This approach helps you return stronger instead of restarting from zero.

Mobility work like the “world’s greatest stretch” keeps hips, shoulders, hamstrings, and spine healthy while traveling. This isn’t just a workout—it’s movement, recovery, and discipline combined.
