Mike Viola "Roxie Girl" – Drum Cover – Tim Baltes

I love taking rad songs and adding my own little drum parts to them. Mike is such a great songwriter, so this was an especially enjoyable song to work with!

Drums – Cleveland Era 3-ply Rogers in downbeat sizes – 20x14 bass, 12x8 tom, 14x14 floor tom. Paired here with a 60's keystone Ludwig Acrolite. Snare was muted with something, but I can remember what. haha

Cymbals – Zildjian K Custom Special Dry Hats (15"), Crash (19"), and Ride (23"); Zildjian 20" Oriental Crash of Doom

All hardware is Pearl. Pedal is a DW 6000.

All heads are Remo.

Vic Firth sticks.

Mics are a mini mix – Shure, Sennheiser, Rode.

Plugins are mainly Waves on individual channels, drum buss, and mix buss.
