Well, when Vanny said GlitchTrap that William is his brother, well Glitchtrap isn't exactly brothers but Glitchtrap is William's second personality who got seperated from him when he went to hell.

And Lastly, when William was caught by the "cop" he was actually shocked how the "cop" caught him as he's never been caught before (He has a pretty big ego).
