Y’all, I’m so proud of this, I’ve watched it over and over and I had so much fun working on everything. My hand hurts, admittedly, but I can honestly say I think this is probably one of my best animated thingamajigs I’ve done. Yes it’s not fully animated, and I know I cheated at some moments, but I think I actually did everything I wanted to do for this video, and setting a deadline for myself has been my best life cheat code. I swear, I can’t get shit done unless I do that.

I had this idea back in May, after my head was buzzing with In Space with Markiplier stuff. I loved the whole series and I’ve mentioned it to friends, but like. ISWM really felt like a love letter to everyone who’s watched Mark’s videos for the last ten years. I’m admittedly a late person, as I got into his stuff with FNAF, but I’ve stuck around since then. For real, like I think one of my favorite bits from ISWM was probably the little homage he had to the markipliersingsBADLY Youtube channel. I made some stuff for two of the videos, and I still remember dying when the creator of the vid pointed out that I had drawn Mark in the exact same shirt he wore for the reaction (and also Mark had reblogged it way back in the day, I still think about that, lol).

I love the stuff he makes, but my all time favorite things he’s done are his purely creative works. WKM, AHWM, ISWM, WMW, WAIA, fuck the list goes on, and all the shorts from the early days, and fuck if I don’t adore all the egos, they’re just fun? And do I make my own Tchotchkes because of that all?

And stick around, if you like my Markiplier fan stuff, I’ve got a lot more planned, this was kind of a challenge to see if I could do it in a short amount of time, and I’ve got three playlists I listen to non-stop to give me inspo for the WKM gang. I would love to make one for Dark and Actor at some point (and I’ve got a few ideas, lol)
