Growing Up in Malawi: Episode 2: The Initiative Makes Progress

Watch the second episode in the documentary series on the Roger Federer Foundation's initiative in Malawi! The infrastructure of the day care center in Mbwetu has been improved significantly in recent months. It was also filled with new toys by ActionAid Malawi. Things have been a little more difficult for the initiative in Thundu, a four-hour drive from the capital Lilongwe. The rainy season delayed construction of the day care center there, and caregivers are only applying the methods that they've learned with hesitation. Those profiled in the documentary series are doing well. The most important change? Hanex Karpingasa finally has the son he has long wanted.
