Some highlights from the September 2019 Tough Mudder in the North West held at Cholmondeley Castle. This was my first time running Tough Mudder as part of a team, and it was great fun. The Tough Mudder obstacles for 2019 were a big improvement since I last took part in the event.

I filmed the event using my GoPro Hero 7. Previously I've worn the GoPro on my head in a harness, but more recently I've started just carrying it so I can get better shots, even if it means some of the climbing obstacles are more challenging because I'm only using one hand! :)
