This recipe is perfect for a tasty lunch ready in no-time!INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
40 ml (3 tbsp) milk
2 slices white bread
10 g (2 tsp) butter
4 wurstels
2 tomatoes, sliced
2 slices cheese
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
 
METHOD

In a bowl whisk eggs with milk, salt and pepper. Cut off the ends of wurstels and slice each wurstel in half lengthwise.
Spread 2 bread slices with butter.
Place buttered slices into the preheated frying pan, diagonally opposite to each other, buttered side down. Fry for 2 minutes or until golden, then flip.
Arrange wurstel halves by the side of each bread and pour the egg mixture over.
Top wurstel halves with tomato and cheese slices.
Cover with a lid and cook for 4-5 minutes or until eggs are set and cheese is melted.
Using a spatula divide eggs with bread wurstels in half and fold to close each toast.
Serve immediately!
