CDE in Partnership with Repurpose Aggregates will host an Open House event on September 22nd 2022.

Repurpose Aggregates (a product of Harford Minerals) was commissioned in April 2022 and we are delighted to showcase this 250tph C&D waste and contaminated soils recycling wash plant.

The new wash plant is utilized to accept construction, demolition & excavation waste from various sources and produce a range of recycled sand and aggregate products that can be reintroduced to the local construction industry as sustainable alternatives to virgin quarried materials.

Indeed, this plant is producing five sized sand and aggregates which are being reused in construction projects in the local Maryland area.
