Sundance is located just south of SW 104th Street (Killian Drive), and has its entrance on SW 117 Avenue. Close to everything and still insulated from the hustle and bustle.

Some of the homes are backed by the Turnpike, so there is road noise for part of the community.

This is a series of videos allowing people to take a "Sunday drive" around various parts of South Florida (note: video may not be shot on Sunday).

The idea is to give people a sense of neighborhoods before they start seriously shopping for a home there. Driving is just about the best way to do this. I suggest you look at home styles, size of yards, cars in the neighborhood, public resources (parks, schools, etc.) and retail locations.
