The espresso martini was originally born of the ‘80s club scene, credited to London bartender Dick Bradsell. Food52 Cocktail Resident Harper Fendler is here to put his own spin on it, using a cold brew and stout syrup instead of espresso (because, you know, not everyone has an espresso machine lying around).
