Описание к видео How to Re-ball iPad 7th Generation CPU in order to Recover the data. Very Common. Don't be fooled!

In this video we have an iPad 7 that was sent in for data recovery by competitor data recovery company. The issue with this iPad was the CPU was slightly disconnected from the motherboard. This is a very common issue in this model, and on occasion, the iPad 6th Generation and other models. The symptoms of needing this type of procedure include: powered off and doesn't turn on anymore, No touch, no power, not charging, no image, no backlight and several more, including iTunes errors when attempting an update or a full restore of the device. In this video I show how to remove the CPU, re-ball it, clean up and then, solder it back onto the native logic board. Avoiding a CPU and Logic transplant to another motherboard. In this video I show how to re-ball an A-10 CPU from start, to finish. Thankfully we had a great outcome, a working iPad and a successful data recovery!
