Working in "Arohon", "Pran Tapasya", "Homapakhi", and "Atmakatha" as a backstage crew has been too precious moments of his life. In 2009 Arindam was the winner of "fatafati filmy fight", a reality show on acting. after that, he started doing television shows on main Bengali channels like Star jalsha Zee Bangla Colors Bangla Akash aath, etc. "Bodhu kon alo laglo chokhe " aired on star jalsha and produced by Svf entertainment was one of his best performances. He always tries to enrich himself as a performer and actor and looks forward to getting some responsibility that will take away his sleep.
