He has been recognized with the Avenues of Service Award. He is involved in various projects, including the International Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA). In this talk he propogates the mantra - “Focus on the Process and not on the Outcome to get the better results” You have the right to perform your actions, but you cannot dictate the fruits of the actions. It was through his self-belief that he became Chartered Accountant before the Age of 21. He puts a word of caution. Belief should be with humbleness. One should be confident and not over confident. One should not become egoistic in the whole process. By Achievement he says it should not mean only Success. People are not afraid of hard work. They are afraid of Failure. In life you can fall down 1000 times but the point is to have willingness to stand up and to start again. Failure is not falling down, but refusing to get back up. “In life and in a boxing ring, the defeat is not declared when you fall down. It is declared only when you refuse to get up” We need belief in order to push ourselves and continue through failures on to success. But, despite our best efforts, self-doubt can often creep in, casting shadows of uncertainty on our path. In these moments, it's essential to recognize that belief is not a constant state but a journey—a journey marked by highs and lows, triumphs and tribulations. By acknowledging our doubts and reframing them as opportunities for introspection and growth, we fortify our belief in ourselves and our abilities. We need to overcome our fears and constantly motivate ourselves to maintain our belief system. The impact of belief extends far beyond individual achievement; it has the power to inspire and uplift entire communities. He being Active Rotarian says that Rotary is a pioneer in the world for its efforts in eradication of polio, which was initially considered an impossible task. But gradually due to sustained and persistent efforts of Rotary, Polio is on verge of extinction from the World. “It’s impossible,” many say. You should read it as I M POSSIBLE. If people say “You’ll never make it,” become deaf and Make it Happen with your Self Belief.
