Pulumi now supports Terraform state files directly through Pulumi Cloud, adds native HCL as first-class language, and offers credits for existing HashiCorp costs. Run hybrid strategy: some infrastructure in Pulumi Stacks (TypeScript/Python), some in Terraform Stacks (HCL), manage both through Pulumi Cloud.
