Dr. Eleanor (Ellie) Stein, MD FRCP(C), is a retired medical doctor and psychiatrist specializing in chronic complex diseases. After developing Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS), Fibromyalgia (FM), and Environmental Sensitivities (ES) during her psychiatry residency in 1989, Dr. Stein shifted her focus to helping others navigate these challenging conditions.
With over 33 years of experience, Dr. Stein has worked with thousands of patients, integrating both conventional and integrative approaches to enhance health and function. Since experiencing a significant health improvement in 2017, she has been dedicated to sharing actionable, no-to-low-cost strategies for recovery.
Since retiring from medical practice at the end of 2022, Dr. Stein now provides online education, empowering individuals worldwide to take charge of their health. She believes that knowledge is power, and she is passionate about helping others find hope and healing.
