RC 600 Reinforcement Steel Profile Cutting Center

The RC 600 is designed for computer-controlled cutting of reinforcement steel profiles used in PVC profiles. This ensures production speed and quality standardization by pre-cutting reinforcement steels to lengths suitable for PVC profiles, effectively reducing labor costs.

It integrates with Machining Centers, allowing simultaneous cutting of reinforcement steel with PVC profiles. The RC 600 allows stacking of up to 5 steel profiles (up to 6500 mm) on the loading belt. A servo motor-controlled profile pusher provides precise cuts, and the 7” touch screen offers a user-friendly interface developed by Haffner. Profiles can be displayed and manually adjusted on the screen.

Compatible with various door and window software, data can be transferred via USB. Horizontal pneumatic compression pistons secure profiles for minimal tolerance during milling and cutting. The 420 mm horizontal saw handles large profiles automatically. Cut profile parts are transferred to the exit station, where reusable waste parts are reintegrated into production. An optional Barcode Printer (AK 003) is available for pre-cut support sheets.

RC 600, PVC profillerde kullanılan takviye çelik profillerin bilgisayar kontrollü kesimini gerçekleştirir. Bu, takviye çeliklerin PVC profillere uygun boylarda önceden kesilmesiyle üretim hızı ve kalite standardizasyonunu sağlar, işçilik maliyetlerini düşürür.

İşleme Merkezleri ile entegre çalışarak, takviye çeliği ve PVC profilleri aynı anda kesebilir. RC 600, yükleme bandında 6500 mm'ye kadar 5 çelik profil istiflemeye olanak tanır. Servo motor kontrollü profil itici hassas kesim sağlar ve Haffner tarafından geliştirilen kullanıcı dostu 7” dokunmatik ekran sunar. Profiller ekranda görüntülenebilir ve manuel olarak ayarlanabilir.

Farklı kapı ve pencere yazılımlarıyla uyumlu olup, veri USB ile aktarılabilir. Yatay pnömatik sıkıştırma pistonları, frezeleme ve kesim işlemleri sırasında minimum tolerans için profilleri güvenli bir şekilde sabitler. 420 mm yatay testere büyük profilleri otomatik olarak keser. Kesilen profil parçaları çıkış istasyonuna aktarılır ve yeniden kullanılabilir atık parçalar üretime dahil edilir. Opsiyonel Barkod Yazıcı (AK 003) ile önceden kesilmiş destek sacları hazırlanabilir.
