ALRIGHT, GUYS!! So let's talk about Jihl and how I feel about her because my initial reaction to her showcase, at first, I was like, well she looks like she's another character with some support, utility, and follow-ups but she actually has more to her kit. So her healing (Skill 1) is great because if she is fully healed, she actually passes on the heals to her teammates and those heals are big. Her Skill 2 allows her for FR charging and grants her overhead so she has access to her follow-up attack. Her follow-up attack only triggers after her own turn that deals 3 hp attacks.

Her EX is kinda nasty because aside from the 5 hp attacks that she deals with, she sacrifices her overhead and her follow-up attack deals 7 hp attacks totaling 12! It does inflict the Daze debuff which prevents the enemy from acting (Similar to Fang's LD debuff). The downside is that you gotta use her Skill 2 to bring back your follow-up but her BT almost fixes that which we'll get into in a bit.

Her LD batteries the party, provide her with a buff that provides party auras like hp dmg up, atk, stolen overflow, and brv regen based on atk stat, recovers 1 use of her Skill 1 & 2, and grants her Overhead! It also has instant turn rate and makes her EX ready to be used on her next turn!

Her FR conditions are easy to meet, use a melee ability, and dmg to all enemies. Both increase by 40%. It also inflicts the Daze debuff so HA, no action for you enemies!

Finally, her BT makes it so her follow-up attack activates twice (YASSS, DMG!) The other thing which almost fixes her EX is that if her overhead is removed, it comes right back so you'll never lose it which helps her with consistent dmg but according to translations it seems to recover the overhead twice but I need to test it myself to see if it's true. (Imagine all that dmg during Bahamut Summon phase!?). Oh, and let's not forget the typical party auras which is pretty much the norm auras BT units get so I won't go over it.

Overall, I think Jihl is a pretty good unit, having different utilities with-in her kit and her dmg output is good and can be very good during Bahamut summon phase! Using a Lunafreya LD call could grant you alot of damage! She's a fun unit to use and I'm happy I was able to get her kit!
