🔴 Tokyo Saryo, Green Tea Bar - Sangenjaya / 東京茶寮 三軒茶屋

🔴 Here's a look at "Tokyo Saryo" - a highly specialized green tea "bar", with all sorts of green teas from all around Japan. The shop is located in Sangenjaya (Between Meguro and Shibuya), Tokyo.

You start out with a basic "menu" that consists of two different types of green teas of you choice (from a menu of 28) and the make 3 hand-dripped brews for you of each type of tea. With that you have a choice of modern takes of traditional Japanese sweets.

I chose a rice-flour; butter filled biscuit which had a quite malty taste that worked really well together with the tea. It was overall a very interesting experience, and if you want to try it, the set price is 1300￥. - Enjoy!
