Upcycled Clothes (from FREE stuff!)

In today's project, I will be using garments that I got for FREE and attempting to UPCYCLE them into "new" clothes for summer! :) Some items will just need a color update. (Bring on the Rit dye!) Others will need a bit more sewing and refashioning love. Join me for the DIY adventure and see what you think.
