A detailed map animation of the various rebellions that occurred in China during the 1850s, 1860s, and 1870s (notably the Taiping Rebellion, the main focus of the video), as well as the Second Opium War, the Anglo-Burmese War, and the Nepalese-Tibetan War.

Dates are year.month.day. Months are represented by numbers. The video transitions to one month per slide after mid-1864 due to the drawn-out nature of the conflict.

Note that there is an error: from June 1862 to late 1863 the Hui rebels besieged Xi'an (Koopinator is going to destroy me for this).
