Quartet of baby bunnies /Baby cottontail rescue

A couple of nights ago we got a phone call late at night from a neighbor telling us that a friend of hers had found a nest of baby bunnies in a construction area. The nest had been destroyed and they had been trying to take care of them. In this situation I would strongly recommend finding all of the babies, placing them in a container with what ever is left of the nest to try to keep them warm and waiting for the mother to come back. She does not stay with the babies and only visits twice a day for 5 minutes at a time. For this situation it was already too late for that so we stepped in to help.
