Well, St. John's new Bachelorette, Dr. Carla Sewer, welcomes you to experience a first-time, first-ever journey to love on none other than "Love City St. John", in the beautiful Virgin Islands of the United States this summer 2025.
Dr. Carla M. Sewer is a librarian and a certified family life educator. Dr. Sewer is an assistant professor of child development at an HBCU in the United States.
Dr. Sewer enjoys reading, swimming, growing her food, riding her horses, and enjoying the richness of healthy living from the earth.
Join Dr. Sewer on this extraordinary journey of looking for love in Love City, St. John, a place where she grew up, attended preschool through the ninth grade, then traveled to St. Thomas for High School because St. John did not have and still does not have a public high school on the island. After graduating from high school on the island of St. Thomas, Dr. Sewer ventured to New York City, where she pursued an acting career, got married, and had two boys, the first of whom has passed away at the age of 32 years from a fentanayl overdose in a Motel 6 in Southern, California. Her remaining children are 28 and 25, respectively.
St. John's new Bachelorette will take you to beautiful places on the island where you will get to "Meet the Children", "Meet the Sisters", and "Meet the Mom", you may even get to meet other family members who may pop in!
