Zomato Reported a Net Profit of Rs 175 Cr In Q4 | Seeks Approval For Rs 3500 Cr ESOP Plan

Zomato reported a net profit of Rs 175 crore for the fourth quarter marking the fourth straight quarter of the food aggregator’s earnings coming in the green. Revenue rose 73% year-on-year to Rs 3,562 crore despite high inflation and muted demand.The company has sought shareholder approval for a fresh employee stock option plan (ESOP) of 18.2 crore shares of the company that are cumulatively worth over Rs 3,500 crore at current market value.
