Classical Chinese dance 'Water Moon Luoshen' by

The night is clear, and the moon is bright. A charming maiden gracefully dances by the River Luo.

Performed by CNODDT principal dancer #TangShiyi, "Water Moon Luoshen" is an excerpt from the dance drama of the same name, which is an adaptation of the poem “Ode to the Nymph of The River Luo” written by poet Cao Zhi of the Three Kingdoms period (220-280). As Tang dances under the moon, she recreates a thousand-year-old love story with a beautifully skilled water sleeve dance.

风清月明夜，淼淼洛水边，有佳人入梦起舞。
