In todays video, I play with the NEW Buffed Resurgence as of the Mid-chapter 32.5 PTB. The buff was Increased from 50% to 70% Healing Granted when you are Unhooked, or Unhook yourself. So what If we pair it with Wicked and a Med-kit?
