Ingredients -

For Prepare the Green Chutney

2 Cup Chilled Water
12-14 Icecubes
1/3 Cup Fresh Mint Leaves
1 ½ Cup Fresh Chopped Coriander
1 ½ tbsp Roasted Chana/Daliya
1 ½ tbsp Nylon Besan Sev/Gathiya/Papdi Gathiya
1 inch Fresh Peeled Ginger
8-10 Medium Spicy Green Chilli
1 Medium Size Lemon
1 tsp Sugar
As per taste Salt

Store it upto 3-4 days under the refrigerator

For Prepare the Stuffing for Aloo Matar Sandwich

2 Medium Size Boiled Potatoes
½ Cup Boiled Green Peas
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
As per taste Salt
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Dry Mango Powder/Amchur Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
2 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
⅓ Cup Chopped Jaggery

For Prepare the Outer Layer of Sandwich

As required Sandwich Bread
As required Amul Butter/Salted Butter
As required Grated Cheese (For Garnishing)
