The Hawkeye Marching Band, Northern Iowa Panther Marching Band, and country music star Pat Green with his band in a special performance of "Wave on Wave," the official song of the Iowa Wave.

At every home game in Kinnick Stadium, all fans turn to wave to the patients in the Stead Family Children's Hospital next to the stadium. At Halftime for the Iowa vs. Northern Iowa game on September 15, 2018, the marching bands joined forces with Pat Green to honor our fans in the Children's Hospital.
