Origins:
1- Humeral Head: Medial Epicondyle of the Humerus (via Common Flexor Tendon)
2- Ulnar Head: Coronoid Process of Ulna

Insertion:
Mid-lateral Surface of the Radius (Pronator Tubercle)

Functions:
1- Pronation of the Forearm @ the RU Joints
2- Flexion of the Forearm @ the Elbow Joint

Nerve:
Median Nerve
