Jacob Zuma’s disciplinary hearing resumes today

The ANC's disciplinary hearing against former party President Jacob Zuma is due to resume today on a virtual platform.

Zuma has been charged under rule 25 of the ANC constitution for endorsing the MK Party ahead of the May general election.

Proceedings against Zuma were postponed last week so that outcomes of the hearing could be communicated to him by his representative, former ANC NEC member Tony Yengeni.

He argued that the hearing against Zuma should be held in person and made public.

However, the ANC maintains that the disciplinary hearing against the MK leader will neither be held in person nor be made public.
