Kari Podi - 2tsp
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste

For seasoning
Ghee - 1tsp
Mustard seed - 1/2tsp
Small Onion. - 10nos.
Hing - 1/2tsp

2.Kothavarangai Poriyal
Kothavarangai - 1/4kg
Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 1tsp
Mustard seed- 1/2tsp
Urad dhal - 1/2tsp
hing - 1/4tsp
Curry leaves

For Paste
Red chilli- 2nos.
Roasted Gram dhal - one handful
Coconut - 1 handful

3.Kovakkai Fry
oil - 2tsp
mustard seed -1/2tsp
urad dhal - 1/2tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4tsp
kovakkai - 1/4kg
salt to taste
kari Podi - 2tsp
Curry leaves
