How to Calculate Real Wages and Real Income Index?Solving Deflating Problems

Real Wages = Money Wages/Price index x 100
Real Wage Index = Real wage of Current year/ Real wage of base year x 100
Ex:A workers real income index in the year 1999 is 100 and in 2000,2001,2002,2003 the real income index are 97.2, 95.78, 95.49, 66.67. If we take 1999 as base year then the workers real income has decreased or deflated approximately 3% from the year 1999 to 2000 ,5%from the year 1999 to 2001,5% from the year 1999 to 2002, 34% from the year 1999 to 2003.
If a worker can know this then he tries to adjust his money wages.
