Bjäre Trail Run 2024 - Such a fun race!

The Bjäre Trail Run is a wonderful race that takes place in a beautiful hilly landscape just outside the city of Båstad on the west coast of Sweden. I am excited to share my experience of this event with strong local roots and that I highly recommend. This year I ran the longest 3-loops distance for a total of 51 or 52K and a bit less than 1800 meters of elevation gain. I had previously run two loops back in 2021. Watch now to see the landscapes, learn about the course, and meet other runners I met along the way. Brilliant practice before the UTMB CCC that I’ll be running at the end of August. Warning: big chance you’ll also want to run this race next year!

Bjäre Trail Run är ett härligt lopp i den vackra och kuperade västra del av Hallandsåsen, strax utanför Båstad. Ett lopp med med stark lokal förankring och som jag starkt rekommenderar för alla trail löpare. I år sprang jag den längsta 3-varv sträckan för totalt 51 eller 52K och strax under 1800 höjdmeter. Jag hade tidigare sprungit två varv 2021. Hoppas du gillar videon där du kan upptäcka de fina miljöerna, lära dig mer om loppet och banan, samt träffa andra löpare som jag mötte på vägen. För mig var det dessutom strålande träning inför UTMB CCC som jag ska springa i slutet av augusti.
