This isn't just a standard commercial-to-residential conversion; it is a piece of Morecambe’s history. Originally built in the 1930s as an Art Deco Ford Showroom (Pye Motors) stylistically twinning with the famous Midland Hotel—this building has seen it all.

From selling Fords in the 30s to housing a global antiques business in the 80s, the site is now being reimagined for modern luxury living. Aaisha and her team are paying homage to the building's roots, officially naming it Pye House.
