An herbal liqueur invented in France in the 1800's, I've always enjoyed the wonderful notes it adds to a cocktail. 2 oz (60 ml) Rye
.5 oz (15 ml) Benedictine
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Garnish w/Lemon Twist

CAPRICE
1.5 oz (45 ml) Dry Gin
. 5 oz (15 ml) Dry Vermouth
.5 oz (15 ml) Benedictine
1 Dash Orange Bitters
Garnish w/Orange Peel

JUNIOR
2 oz (60 ml) Rye
.75 oz (22.5 ml) Lime Juice
.5 oz (15 ml) Benedictine
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
