Another DBH renovation update from Gladies Street in Southwest Virginia 🏡

In Part 8, Jay walks through the latest progress on this house flip—hardwood floors are fully stained, stairs are carpeted, shelving is being customized, and we made the tough but smart call to replace the HVAC system and ductwork after discovering it was installed incorrectly.

We also replaced a damaged microwave (no shortcuts here), trimmed doors for new LVT flooring, and started prepping for all-new baseboards throughout the home. These are the behind-the-scenes decisions most people never see—but they matter.

Even better? 👀 A potential buyer is already scheduled to walk the property.
