Fishing for a Creek Chub. This fish species is what you're most likely to find in a small creek. and is featured in the seventh installment of the series that I'll probably be working on until the day that I die. The Creek Chub - Scientific Name: Semotilus atromaculatus. The goal is to catch 1000 different fish species, and today I am chasing a fish that is native to Wisconsin and most of the United States, all the way from the East Coast to the Rocky Mountains. I was fishing in Hartford, Wisconsin for this species which can be found in the Rubicon River, a small section that runs through the town. They can caught using small lures like a Panther Martin Size 2 inline Spinner.
