We began the vlog this week filming Yoga with Melissa 360, a class on How to Balance in Half Moon Balancing Pose. In this class we talked about how our energy is not always constant and how it waxes and wanes, just like the moon depending on the time of day, phase of the moon and the seasons. On Saturday evening we went to the 2016 IEOA Truck Light Convoy and Food Drive in Victoria B.C. http://ieoa.ca/?q=2011convoy The Victoria Harbour was all lit up for Christmas. It was a rainy night but that didn’t dampen our spirits. :)


Linzi was visiting family in Victoria for Christmas and so I got to have West Coast Bennies with her at Bubby’s Kitchen in Cook Street Village. http://bubbyskitchen.ca/ If you aren’t already following your friend Linzi from Live Meditation classes on Monday nights, then here is her instagram   / linzrinks
