Related Important points :-

Section 93 of IPC

• in order that protection may be claimed under this section the communication should have been made -
(1) in good faith, and
(2) for the benefit of the person to whom it is made.

• in this section 'harm' means an injurious mental reaction (एक घातक मस्तिष्कीय प्रतिक्तिया)👇

Section 94 of IPC

•Related Maxim
"Actus me invito factus non est mens actus" means-
👉 an act done by me against my bill is not mine (मेरे द्वारा, मेरी इक्छा के विरूद्ध किया गया कार्य मेरा नहीं है।)
or
👉 an involuntary act is no offence.


Section 95 of IPC

•Related Maxim:-
👉 "De minimis non curat
lex" means -
👉 law takes no account of
trifles (विधी तुच्छ, छोटी सी बात पर ध्यान नहीं देती
