It is the toughest Annihilation in the game (EN version) so far. This run is also thanks to just3c's 1st video guide on building an auto deployable team.

Here are my operators:
E1 Lv60 Jessica S2 R4
E1 Lv67 Platinium S2 R5 (ideally Maxed Lv and R7 would be better)
E1 Lv74 Nightingale S2 R4 (higher Lv = better, focused on AOE healing bottom lane)
E1 Lv70 Silence S2 R7 (mostly focused on healing top lane; skill for AOE healing)
E2 Lv14 Silverash S3 R8 [Crowd Control]
E2 Lv14 Shirayuki S2 R7 [top lane main DPS]
E1 Lv60 Gitano S2 R7 [bottom lane main DPS]
E1 Lv60 Courier S1 R7 (for deployment cost)
E1 Lv61 Saria S2 R6
E1 Lv40 Plume S1 R7 (skill and rank not necessary; very cheap baiter)
E1 Lv55 Midnight S1 R4 (R7 would be better for more DPS)
E1 Lv55 Shaw S2 R7 (Lv60 would be better for more HP)

There are a few timestamps to take note:
10:18 Removed Courier to deploy Plume to bait the bomb from Bombtail (flying drone).
10:24 Baiting starts and remove Plume before getting attack (auto deploy may fail at this but its ok)
10:31 Resume protecting top lane by deploying Midnight.

12:25 Once Jessica has finished her skill, remove her. Remove Silverash if he finishes his skill and Saria after beating the Butcher. This is to give me time to prepare the next wave at 350th kill.
13:05 When Silverash can be deployed, deploy Jessica first, and until Jessica skill is at 50%, use Shaw skill to push the mob, then remove Shaw. Use Shirayuki skill in advance. You do that to reuse Shirayuki skill at the right timing later. Follow the video from there
13:38 Use Midnight skill in advance.
After Jessica kills 2 purple drones, remove her and deploy Gitano, Silverash and Saria.
Time properly to deploy Plume on top lane, and remove her before being attacked by Butcher.
This is to delay the butcher movement for Midnight to deal more damage before being stunned by the Butcher (his stun is on 3rd hit and we want to avoid that).

Other than that, it is very important to maintain top lane HP from the 350 mark, and the bottom lane for Shaw later at the 370 mark.
