A young poet has bought an apartment on the last floor of a 20 storey building, which has an elevator only to the 6th floor. He comes to lodge a complaint against the builder for cheating him. The police are helping the poet to get a fair deal with the builder. However, the builder after paying a bribe to the police, is playing hard ball with the poet. The police using their wits are later able to get the builder to pay a handsome compensation to the poet.
F.I.R. is a story about a Haryanvi Lady Police Inspector. The story revolves around her and her sub- constables antics.
