“Theatre doesn’t discriminate, it is for everyone” – 2024 CrossCulture Programme Fellow Gunjan from Nepal, theatre professional, aims to empower marginalized groups to find their voices. In her fellowship at host organization Kuringa in Berlin, she is excited to learn more about the intersections of theatre, feminist activism and education:

“I want to explore and witness the role of artists in shaping the theatre landscape in Berlin, while paying close attention to how feminist practices and systems can be adopted in a different (Nepali) context.”

🌏CCP is a 2-3 months funded stay at a host organisation in Germany that is suited to expand professionals’ skills and expertise. The fellows have the chance to establish new contacts and acquire intercultural skills at their host organization as well as in exclusive formats hosted by CCP, such as transcultural workshops, networking and professional events.
