This is a video on the starting set up of Axis & Allies WW2 board game.

Global games in the Axis & Allies series never get boring because there is always something new to try in each version.
For any new player, this will keep you very busy! It would be great if you had at least another player handy to help you understand the concept of the game. If you love history, it certainly helps the interest.

What we have here in the 1942 Second Edition is a wider space on a 2 piece board, but not too big not to fit on a regular game table.
The Battleships have this brilliant new look to them, beefy and mean looking. Land territories and sea zones are very spacious with room for ugly attacking ( or defending ) upcoming battles.
With the neat small Set Up cards is nice not taking up too much room. Saving space is the running strip of the National Production & Mobilization Zone Chart at the top of the board.
Added in is the AAA unit, with a wild twist to the normal grey pieced AA guns. Having the AntiAircraft Artillery ( AAA ) in the colour of the playing piece is also nice, but depends if you prefer the old original style of grey to distinguish them along with the plastic Industrial Complex's ( which are a grey token ).

There is no IPC money in this game, so you can either stick with the rules suggested, or go your own way of things.
The plastic chips are new, sticking with the recent 1941 game, but the chips in plastic instead of card board.

A nice weekend game for 5 friends!
