1.5~2 tsp Salt 盐
Ginger Slices 姜片

3 Cups Basmathi Rice 米
±3 Cups Water 水
½ tsp Salt 盐
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder 黄姜粉
Raisin 葡萄干

Cucumber 黄瓜适量
Carrot 胡萝卜适量
Radish 白萝卜适量
±60g Sugar 白糖
100g Vinegar 白醋
