Sweet potato (shakarkandi) - 200 gram
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Amchur (dry mango ) powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilly powder - 3/4 tsp
Sendha namak (rock salt) - 1.2 tsp
Oil for shallow frying sweet potatoes
