Land Rover Discovery 3 / LR3 Full Rear Brake Rebuild - Part Two Left side

In part two of this rebuild we look at rebuilding the hand brake mechanism with hand brake shoes and putting on the brake disc on the left hand side. Right hand side with full details is coming in part 3.

This is a quick walkthrough with litle details but notice that the left hand side is upside down from the right hand side so it's good to watch both part two and then part 3 when that comes out.

Welcome to the zero faults series and the Project Discovery overland build series. Before I start adding mods like roof rack, rock sliders, lights and so on, I want to reset the car and get all faults cleared away. And first of is a full brake replacement starting with front brake discs an pads in full details.

There are 2 major and some minor faults with the car at this point. The major ones are the EPB/handbrake module that has jammed on and the EGR-valves not closing. These are throwing an error and need to be fixed togheter with new brakes discs and pads all around before the MOT in June. About two months from this point in time.

This reset series will end up in the EGR-replacement video and concluding with a MOT test day video.
