We came back to our new Favorite Thai Restaurant which is @roddeeded_ph. I guess it’s always better the second time around because we weren’t disappointed and we enjoyed it a lot once again.
As we mentioned before it is Bangkok's best Beef Noodle shop since 1965. But this place is their first here in our country. What’s unique about this Thai restaurant is that mostly all their ingredients and especially their wares is brought here from their homeland.
So, for the most exciting part. These were the dishes we tried and honestly, we couldn’t select just one to be our favorite because they are equally delicious and captivating for the Thai food lovers including us:
Chicken Pad Ka Pow - the meat is tender and sweetness I like. A complete meal with egg and rice.
*Beef Noodle Soup - whether it be a hot or cold weather it is perfect if you like soup with tender noodles and rich flavor in every bite.
Green Chicken Curry – Though a bit similar with the Red Stewed Curry, this one is less spicy. But very flavorful. So, if you aren’t into spicy foods this one is for you.
Chicken Pad Thai - a very popular Thai dish that we always love. Very flavorful and delicious, nicely plated too.
Chicken Drunken Noodles – This is typically a spicy dish especially if you have this locally in Thailand. But, as they try to cater to Filipino customers, you can have it in Manila style which is more tolerable. And we Filipinos love our Noodles, in any form. It is an addicting mix of savory, salty, sweet, herby and spicy. And the noodles texture are to die for! They’re soft with a little chew. We love this.
Pad See Ew – This is similar to our regular pancit but with more intense flavor and distinct Thai taste. Definitely the one the whole family will love especially the kids.
*Stewed Brisket in Claypot - A flavourful beef stew that won't leave you feeling heavy at the end of the meal! The super tender beef is stewed in a broth infused with lots of herbs and spices. You'll learn about my favourite cut of beef for stew that I promise will become your favourite too.
*Laab Nua - is a salad dish from northeastern Thailand (Isan) and Laos. Finely chopped beef is tossed with fish sauce, lime juice, mint, shallots, green onion, garlic, cilantro, rice powder, and chili before serving with a variety of vegetables and sticky rice.

Dessert: Pineapple Passionfruit Sherbet - A very refreshing treat after a delicious Meal

*Longan Juice
*Thai Milk Iced Tea and Thai Black Coffee are our favorites among all the drinks and they now offer sinkers (Nata and Coffee Jelly)
