jhal dim pitha is one of the very popular Bangladeshi pitha. This pitha is the spicy version of the very popular poa pitha/teler petha. To make this yummy pitha you will only need a few ingredients and most of which you'll find in your kitchen. Also it's very easy and quick to make this jhal pitha.






Ingredients:


Rice flour 1 cup
All purpose flour 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Pepper 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger paste 1 tsp
grated onion 1/4 cup
Eggs 2 large size
300ml warm water or more
Chopped green chillies 2 medium size
Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
Oil for deep frying
