So I've never really been able to master the top down shot that all the YouTube pros use for unboxing videos - I've got a rickety boom arm setup on my tripod that kinda does the job but hey, better than nothing right?

And funny bits on this video - when you have the lens about 10cm away from the dripper and the coffee sludge, the steam from the hot water causes everything to kinda look foggy and romantic. These kind of surprises never fail to make me smile, hence that's staying in the video.

I learnt that a coffee with milk is called a white coffee - never thought of it that way although it makes a lot of sense. I wanted something sweet so I bought some cheap peppermint syrup for the sugar as well as a different flavour to a regular coffee.
